1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blooyn.com, including purchases from Blooyn and related customer-support services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for safeguarding any account credentials you use.

You may not use another person's identity, payment method, or account without authorization. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, or legal rights.

3. Product information and permitted use

We try to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, care directions, and other information accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and packaging changes can affect how a product appears. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you with a correction and an opportunity to continue or cancel, as required by law.

Use Blooyn products as intended and follow the instructions and care guidance supplied with your item. Product-specific details, including available designs, colors and age guidance where applicable, are shown on the relevant product page.

4. Prices, orders, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit an order. Prices and availability may change for future orders.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the items in your cart. An automated order confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal or shipping restrictions, or duplicate orders. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will initiate the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and the payment methods shown there. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Checkout displays the shipping options and charges available for an eligible destination before payment.

Contact support@blooyn.com as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or request cancellation. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation may not be possible after processing or shipment begins.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. That policy explains the 30-day return-request window, unused condition requirement, return authorization, shipping responsibility, partial returns, and refund timing. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or design or color preference; Blooyn covers authorized return shipping for an incorrect item or color, damage, or a defect. We offer refunds rather than direct exchanges.

Do not send a product to the address on its original shipping label or to an address found elsewhere online. Email support@blooyn.com and use only the return instructions provided after authorization.

7. Acceptable use

The Services are provided for lawful personal shopping and related customer support. You may not use the Services to commit fraud or other unlawful acts; interfere with security, accounts, checkout, or network operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without authorization.

8. Reviews and other submissions

Content you submit must be truthful, based on your own experience, and not unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, private, malicious, or unrelated to the product or service reviewed. You retain ownership of your content and grant Blooyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it to operate and promote the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate submissions that violate these rules. We will not require positive sentiment as a condition of an incentive or suppress a review solely because it is negative. Any incentive or material connection must be clearly disclosed.

9. Intellectual property and third-party services

The Services and their original text, design, software, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and other content are owned by or licensed to Blooyn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited personal use needed to shop and interact with us, no right or license is granted without written permission.

The Services rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment providers, and carriers. Those parties may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Blooyn remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

10. Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms prospectively. The "Last updated" date shows when these Terms changed. We will provide additional notice when required by law. Changes do not retroactively rewrite an accepted order or existing dispute unless the law and the parties permit it.

11. General terms

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not exclude or limit warranties, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
